BambooHR Turns a Small Business into a Big Business
Comments: I enjoyed it more than other recruiting software I've used. It makes work easier and helps me be a manager instead of a paper pusher.
Pros:
I personally like that BambooHR has different portals for its users. They've built a database that allows employees to: 1. Maintain their own records (whether the company sends or user uploaded); track time off earned, sick days used, and hours worked; while allowing the user to sign documents easily electronically; and 2. Makes being an HR manager, easy. What I mean is, creating records (employees or temps) and ensuring they have all the blocks checked (background ran, drug test paperwork properly filled out, and any other documentation needing signed) within the timeframe needed to start working - is tracked, maintained, and recorded for you... so all in all, eliminates the monotony of HR and time wasted on paperwork while assisting managers/employees in ensuring proper compliance.
Cons:
Well, I still had to scan any documents that weren't created or automated through the software and label them. For example, I work at a satellite location; the warehouse I staff for has a basketball court out back for employees to use on their break. I had to create a document that stated employees for my agency had to make sure they were clocked out, that they were responsible for any risk of injury and that the company and staffing agency would not be held liable for any resulting injury that may occur. The rest of the staffing agency didn't need this so I still had to print out 50 copies, have each employee sign one, upload it, file it in the employee file in the software, label it, then give the copy back to the employee. This really is not an issue unless if turnover is high, this could get annoying.

The ATS has been a huge help in the recruitment process
Comments: When it comes to personnel data, Bamboo handles everything. The HR department and upper management benefit greatly from this system's increased efficiency. The convenience of having everything in one place, rather than scattered everywhere.
Pros:
The HR software is all-encompassing and user-friendly. Administrators and end users alike will appreciate the streamlined UI and pleasant UX they provide. My team has found the platform to be very user-friendly and productive.
Cons:
It irritates me because any time I make an update to anything, it needs to be approved first, but I don't think this is something that happens everywhere; rather, I think it's more of a company permissions issue.

BmabooHR good for small company but hard to scale
Comments: It's ok
Pros:
Easy to use as an employee user, good esthetics.
Cons:
Report is difficult to run, requires manual excel adjustment, hard to create useful dashboard. Performance management module is limited, hard to set up KPIs attached to roles -> goals -> then org goals. 360 feedback is also not customizable. It's fairly hard to use as an administrator, data are contained in a way that's hard to scale up.

Great HR System!
Comments: Overall, I love BambooHR. I have implemented it in several companies I have worked for over the years. It is such a great system, I tried to bring it in whenever I had the chance!
Pros:
BambooHR has everything in one place. Easy to set up and implement and employees can start using it immediately with very little training. Very easy to customize it to suit your company's unique needs. Customer service is second to none!!
Cons:
Having an integrated payroll system would be the cherry on top but for a Canadian company, this option is not available. A huge market untapped!! The ability to choose a "close" date for the Performance Management Reviews would be very helpful as sometimes a longer or shorter window is required.

One of the right tools for HR work
Comments: Our company uses BambooHR to track employees' time off for vacation, illness, and other reasons. All of our HR records may be conveniently filed away there, too, for instantaneous access by every staff member. The ATS has been a huge help in streamlining our hiring procedures.
Pros:
BambooHR excels in making its features accessible to a wide range of users. Like how every month brings new features that make my work easier.
Cons:
There isn't a single feature of this program that I don't enjoy. A new feature that could be helpful is the ability to specify which days of the week a person is "off," so that they do not appear in the calendar at all on those days they are not scheduled to work.

Cool system! Government contractor requirements limit the use of some features.
Comments: Overall good, just disappointed in the new home page layout and the issues with time collection and payroll apps.
Pros:
It's user friendly and has the ability to collect PII and e-signatures and automate processes has made onboarding and offboarding so much easier! Employee information is robust and I love that the historical data is easy to see.
Cons:
Recent changes to the home page moved important info too far down on the page. Who was off and the upcoming celebrations used to be front and center. Now you have to scroll down to get to them and the links. That info is way more important than who is on my team. I know that. Also, because we are a government contractor we can't use the fully integrated time collection and payroll apps. We tried ones that are supposed to integrate, but had lots of problems.

As businesses grow, they often find themselves requiring more HR functionality.
Comments: User reviews and testimonials are an important aspect of any software solution, and BambooHR is no exception. Reading reviews and testimonials helps you understand the actual user experience of the software, highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of the product.BambooHR has a strong reputation for its user-friendly interface, which is reflected in the positive reviews left by users. Many users praise the software's ease of use, saying that they were able to get up and running with BambooHR quickly and easily. Others appreciate the software's flexibility, which allows them to customize the system to fit their specific needs.Another common theme that emerges from user reviews is BambooHR's top-notch customer support. Many users praise the support team's responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to solve any issues that arise.Of course, no software is perfect, and BambooHR does have its fair share of negative reviews. Some users report experiencing bugs or glitches within the system, while others find the reporting features to be lacking. However, these negative reviews are generally outweighed by the positive ones, and BambooHR's overall user rating remains high.In addition to user reviews, it's also worth noting that BambooHR has received several industry awards and recognitions. For example, the software was named a "Leader" in the G2 Grid for HR Management Suites in 2021, and a "High Performer" in the same category in 2020.
Pros:
BambooHR is a great online HR software that allows for quick and easy employee management. It has many features that make it a great choice for small businesses. In this article, we will take a look at the most and least important features of bamboo. The most important features of bamboo are its ability to manage employee records, its ability to connect to various systems, and its ability to generate reports. The least important features of bamboo HR are its ability to integrate with other HR software, its lack of a digital signature feature, and its inability to export data.
Cons:
Most bamboo HR features are designed to make your job easier. Whether it's the ability to access your information from any device, the ability to share documents easily, or just the sheer convenience of being able to access your information from anywhere. One of the least bamboo HR features is the fact that bamboo HR doesn't allow for remote access. While this may not be an issue for some, for others it could be a life-or-death situation. If you are ever out of the office or unable to log in for some reason, you may be out of luck. One of the most bamboo HR features is the fact that bamboo HR is completely secure. It is a simple and adaptable tool for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses
Comments: It automates a lot of report generation on its own, but I can also customise reports, saving me time. The ability to add notes to specific days on timesheets speeds up payroll and keeps details in one place. You can check everything here, from your management to your KPI bonuses. BambooHR addresses virtually every HR-related topic. We also assist our Finance team as a result of the reports.
Pros:
It's a very user-friendly and customizable platform. They now provide payroll services. Very intuitive and simple to use. The ATS section is simple to use and includes a section for building a talent pool. We use timesheets to track commissions, bonuses, and any changes, as well as hours worked and time off. It integrates all HR functions, from job posting to hiring and annual evaluations, seamlessly.
Cons:
I wish I could text applicants directly from the ATS system and have subfolders within my subfolders. It would be nice to have more KPI alignment features built in, such as Lattice. You cannot set up two different notifications for timesheet approvals, and you will only have a maximum of 5 days before payday.

Great tool for HR management
Comments: Overall experience is great it helped me a lot in terms of HR operations and compliance.
Pros:
The number of features provided in this tool is the most impressive because it provides solutions to a wide variety of tasks.
Cons:
Nothing at the moment as it provides a lot of features to cover and ease a variety of HR operations.

Superb!
Pros:
It's super easy to use. We've been utilizing this software at our job for years now. It's not hard to find what you're looking for as all the information you need is on there. It is basically an online hr.
Cons:
Honestly can't find any cons for this software. There can definitely room for improvement but nonetheless, everything's great with this.

Loving BambooHR
Comments: With the use of BambooHR, we're reducing paper-based documents and uploading it only. This is good because it can be accessed at any time and it is easier to keep track of documents rather than filing them. I am also able to run reports and customize it based on the information that I am looking for.
Pros:
BambooHR is very user-friendly. It has a clean layout and can be customized based on the needs of the organization. The overall site is easy to navigate and has the tabs that I need to manage employee data. I like that the HRIS acts as an internal intranet site for employees.
Cons:
Training tab - employees are not able to upload their own certificates. For example, if there are 6 mandatory training modules and I have 6 new hires, I would need to upload 36 files into their training tab. It's tedious and time consuming for the admin.Templates - while this is a smart feature, I think it should be broken down into two. One is for an actual template that applies to all staff (primarily forms). For contracts that require signature, it is not necessary to upload the contract as a template (since it's only used once) and request for the signature. With this, we usually use an external party to get the signatures from both parties and upload it into documents. It would be nice if this can be integrated in BambooHR so everything is in one place. Also, if the "contract" specified to an individual becomes a template, there is a risk of uploading/ sharing it by error to another employee.Cost - I wish there was an option for non-profit to save money on the software especially we're a smaller company. The cost increased a lot from July and it is also in USD which impacts the overall fee since we're a Canadian organization.

Do What you do best and Outsource the rest ... to BambooHR.
Comments: We simple don't have employee related issues falling through the cracks anymore. Now our managers have time to actually visit with and get to know our people rather than fumbling through bureaucratic gunk to make sure we're "legal".
Pros:
BambooHR is super simple and easy to use. The software and the people behind it truly live up to the mission of allowing me to do what I do best (which is not HR management.)
Cons:
Nothing to report in this section. BambooHR does exactly what I want it to.

BambooHR - Friend to People Operations!
Comments: We've used BambooHR since 2017, moving from tracking information via spreadsheets and paper forms to fully electronic. The implementation process takes preparation to ensure you have quality information imported into the system and is worth the time and effort. The implementation specialist works with you to ensure you're on track and implementation goes smoothly. If you take the time to introduce BambooHR to employees and provide them with training, they easily adapt as this is a very user-friendly system. Over the years we've added additional custom table to track information and the Bambooligans have been very responsive. I highly recommend BambooHR!
Pros:
• User-friendly • Customizable (ie. you can have Bamboo set up tables that you can use to track your Medical Examiner’s certifications/driver’s licenses & set reminders for expiration) • Hiring system ports directly into employee creation • Applicant tracking system (automatically posts to Indeed, Glassdoor & ZipRecruiter) • Onboarding / offboarding • Standardized & customizable reports • Org chart • Company directory (the app is nice but offers less functionality than the website) • E-signature for your forms to port directly into employee files upon completion & route as directed (ie. direct deposit can route to payroll or reimbursements to A/P) • Asset tracking (you can set security levels to allow IT – or appropriate individuals to access / make changes / run reports for assets) • Electronic approval process for compensation, approvals, and other customizable events • Preview as user allows you / admin to see things as the individual sees them – really helps with problem-solving • You establish access levels • Track training (but very simplistic process) • Works with single sign-on
Cons:
• Lack of ability to set up onboarding tasks for internal promotions • Training tracking is simplistic, they do offer integrations with LMS • Doesn’t connect with our payroll system (although you could have someone build a custom integration)

A lot of Bang for Our Bucks
Comments: Overall, our experience with BambooHR has been extremely positive. Our employees have raved over how much more efficient and streamlined our HR processes are. Customer Support, if needed, is super responsive and satisfactory resolutions/answers are provided quickly.
Pros:
There are so many positive things I can say about this software that I am not sure I even know where to begin. Implementation was a breeze, the look and feel of Bamboo is clean and intuitive, and there are so many options for an organization to really make it their own through branding and customization. Additionally, I am a huge fan of the amount of administrative control I have within the system. For me, this was a huge selling point.
Cons:
Nothing is perfect. Not even Bamboo. Although they have made great strides in enhancing some of their features, they're still not as robust as some other systems in some areas. However, as an administrator and an end-user, I do appreciate how they listen to feedback from their customers and it shows in their efforts to continuously improve their product. The only "con" that would make me reevaluate our relationship with Bamboo would be a drastic price increase without any new features to justify it.
Liana
Easy to use system that allows central tracking and reporting of most employee information.
Comments: BambooHR has been really helpful in storing and reporting on employee information, giving employees access to view their benefit and personal information, and I can't rave enough about the Applicant Tracking feature. As a one person HR department, BambooHR has allowed me to become a strong, communicative and organized recruiter in the midst of the million other things I do. As I learn more about email alerts and forms, I'm finding more and more ways for BambooHR to support and automate processes that otherwise take up a lot of time and paper. I love that you constantly seek, and act on, customer feedback to make continuous improvements that are relevant to improving our day to day operations. I love that you are responsive to questions and patiently provide guidance and instruction on how to use features. I don't feel like I've purchased this software, and fell into a black hole. The Bamboo team is accessible and supportive, welcoming questions and feedback. I look forward to learning more about how I can use BabmooHR's current features, as well as waiting to see what new features and updates you'll roll out next. Happy Bamboo-ing indeed!
Pros:
BambooHR's customer support is second to none. How they find such cheerful, helpful people, I don't know. They are happy to work with you to help you get the most out of the system. The system is user friendly and can be customized in a lot of ways. You can report on any information in the system, with easy to use standard reports, or you can create your own. They constantly add features and make improvements based on customer feedback. In some cases, they can make requested changes immediately. But they really seem to listen to what you want, and work to get there. Employees can see and request updates to their information, as well as complete & submit forms electronically. I'm able to create approval workflows to support many request processes, allowing us to become more automated and maintain files electronically, which we can then report on. I love the applicant tracking system. I think it's the strongest feature they have, allowing collaboration with hiring managers, as well as communication with candidates. It's helped me manage and improve our recruitment process with the click of a button. All candidate records are maintained in one place, and can be seamlessly on-boarded.
Cons:
It is only as good as the data you enter, and does not currently integrate with the other systems we use. So, it requires constant data maintenance to keep employee information up to date, for effective reporting. There's no seamless automation for benefit enrollment. The time off system is easy to use, but does not currently show enough detail to be useful for our needs. I hope that BambooHR will focus on automating the integration of information from other systems, and provide a simpler update of benefit plan information at year end.
Claire
Great HRIS for medium-size businesses, easy to implement, configure, maintain (and it's cute)
Comments: I love the look and feel, the easiness of use, the availability of the support team, the easiness to create and delete custom fields, the support documentation which is easy to navigate and includes a lot of how-to videos. They really allow their customers to become autonomous and even proficient with their tool.
Pros:
Very structured and helpful implementation, and very responsive support. Love the ability to request custom fields to be created, including calculations. Great standard, out-of-the-box reports, like Additions & terminations over a period of time, Headcount as of a certain date, Employee Turnover (that one was a lifesaver when it was realeased, much better than what we were doing internally so far!), Change History over a period of time for job-related changes. I also love the fact that they are intentional in their product development: even though they request and collect product feedback, they want their product to remain coherent, i.e. they know what makes sense for them to propose as features vs. not (and recommend one of their specialized integrated partners if not), so that their tool always remains simple, legible, etc. And I like their Panda mascot and in-navigation messages, down to humanizing error messages.
Cons:
It will be pretty minor details, part of which will simply have to do with their client size positioning. As we were growing, I encountered director-level newcomers in our HR department who were used to the more prominent HRIS players, and to the ability to set up more complex workflows than BambooHR allows (example: self-service on employment letters, sending change notifications to other people than change approvers, allowing back-up assignees for tasks, etc). One feature that I feel might need adjusting (but again, that's detail) is their "Who's Out" calendar, which is synced with their time-off feature: regardless of whether the person has booked 1 hour off or the full day off, it will look like the person is away for the whole day, which looks confusing. Then two things come to mind on the analytics side, but again, they are minor and for more advanced users: I would love the ability to report on changes for personal details (beyond the audit trail report) and on custom fields. Then, custom calculation fields (which are already a great thing to have!!) are limited to the employment profile itself, i.e. you cannot return data fields from other employees' profiles, for example, who the manager of their manager is, etc.
Christina
Middle of the road software that needs improvement
Comments: We are currently researching other HR software. I'm not sure which is better, software that contains the modules needed with obvious and crippling flaws or software that is easy to use both by admin and employees with limited modules.
Pros:
The idea of on-boarding a new employee electronically is a huge plus. It engages employees before they start and makes it so that they come in with paperwork already filled out and spend their first day doing more than just paperwork. Most of the framework is in place, but EACH area needs improvement, both in the functionality for administration and the ease of use for employees. The sections offered are vital, but aren't complete.
Cons:
The benefits area is lacking a lot of common sense tools - like the ability to attach plan documents to an insurance plan (only a link can be used), display plan cost information to an employee BEFORE they sign up (the pricing is only available AFTER they sign up and become eligible). Many things like this create double the amount of work for the administrator. The actual on-boarding process was a struggle because even though the forms were done properly by the employees (I sat with a few and watched them), it didn't save all information in completed fields. Employees were frustrated when they had to fill out forms multiple times because you cannot edit once saved. I love that employees can e-sign documents, but preparing the forms is cumbersome and they can't be customized easily. For instance, if you need to update a form because something has changed or didn't save properly, you have to delete the task and resend to any employees who need an updated form. When I discussed a few very basic items with support, they just offered a work around that many clients use. These are obvious flaws in the system that need to be addressed, but aren't necessarily a priority. Bamboo HR seems to focus more on flashy design than actual content. It makes them seem like a leader in the industry, but as soon as you dig in, the flaws are obvious. For the price, there needs to be more development in the software.

I Love BambooHR
Comments: Overall, I love BambooHR and would recommend it to any small to medium-sized company that is looking for a simple solution to connecting and managing their workforce.
Pros:
The best thing about BambooHR is how user-friendly it is for all of our employees. The interface is so efficient which limits the amount of time we spend training new employees on the software. I also love the level of support we receive from BambooHR when we need it. Their customer service is top-tier!
Cons:
Although we have seen Bamboo grow and adapt in many ways over the years, there are still features that we'd love to see come to life. I appreciate the ability to suggest new product developments, but I sometimes feel limited when it comes to exit interviews and report customization.

Capterra Review of BambooHR
Comments: Bamboo has continuously communicated their software updates very effectively. I am very appreciative of this. Overall my experience has been very positive, from implementation onwards. I have been using the software for 6 years now. I wish the company would hold another in person user conference, rather than virtual however. Of the one that I attended, there is much to be said about in person interaction. It was by far one of the best user conferences I have ever attended. It was very disappointing to go virtual ( pre pandemic.)
Pros:
The product is easy to implement , out of the box. The product is best for small to mid size companies, but especially if you have minimal processes to manage. The add on features of Performance and eNPS are simple to use and very effective. You can find workarounds for unique processes.
Cons:
As a company continues to scale and grow, the incremental processes added become more difficult to manage with the system. A simple example is onboarding. Onboarding is only geared to true new hires. If you have an employee who is transferred to a new division within the organization and needs to be assigned new tasks that are well documented, the software does not have the ability to manage transfers. The ability to format a document for e-signature would be incredibly helpful. A little more flexibility in problem solving rather than simply suggesting to put suggestions on a future product launch list.

Bamboo HR keeps me sane and in compliance.
Pros:
I am not an HR professional, I am a nonprofit executive Director and an organization that grew from one staff to 20 in about a year and a half. I don’t really know what I’m doing often. Human resources is one of those things that i could not justify hiring for. We have a board member who is an HR professional, and two lawyers on our board, so if things did get crazy, I knew I had people to keep me in compliance legally with the situation, but I needed some help with the day today. We have three physical locations and bamboo helps ensure that we don’t have important, confidential documents getting lost. Managers can update things in real time and it is amazing. We use the integrated payroll, pay traX, because honestly I’m lazy and why would I do more work when my time is valuable. I love being able to do the performance reviews and satisfaction surveys. I love the asset management feature so I can keep copies of peoples drivers licenses, even shirt sizes, and of course the training that they do.
Cons:
Bamboo is a little spendy, but honestly you can’t afford not to invest in it.
Alison
Really appreciate BambooHR's form and function with still more functionality to explore!
Comments: BambooHR gave HR matters a visible one stop home base for our team. It has also made it easy for diferent user types to get/view what they need (and what is appropriate) with the custom permissions. Our team members like (and don't avoid) accessing the system because it's so easy and pleasant to use!
Pros:
Onboarding, employee database, time off tracking, performance management, reporting, customization, friendly and functional user interface. Users like using it!
Cons:
Hard to say really - it's a pretty great system. The benefits section doesn't seem to be set up to be useful for our kind of benefits program (typical health and dental plan in Canada). I'm still exploring some functions...for example, we haven't really put their ATS to the test yet as it seems a bit basic vs. our current system but I want to give it a try since BambooHR has a way of delivering the needed functionality in a deceptively simple interface. I do need to maximize my use of BambooHR functions further given the investment we have made in it - I have a lot of faith in their products and am confident I will find even more value there if I look. I hope they can keep up the amazing customer and user experience I have had these last few years as they continue to expand their functionality.

Love Bamboo!
Comments:
Staff really like Bamboo as it makes booking time off much easier, also signing documents and accessing their information.
The Bamboo Support Team are amazing - whenever I have needed to contact them, they have responded swiftly and are always great to deal with, even if the issue is that I am being a bit of an idiot!!
Pros:
Just being able to organise all employee information and documents in one, safe, place is great, as well as easy time off booking and tracking. The recruitment side of things is so easy with Bamboo - again, it keeps everything together in one place, including correspondence with candidates, and the application, offer, and onboarding processes are easy to set up and save an enormous amount of time. Signature templates - we really love these! Being able to send out documents and get proper electronic signatures on them is a huge benefit for us.
Cons:
We would love to be able to use the Payroll function, but we are UK-based, and it only works in the US. It is very American in language, and it would be good to be able to change some of that, e.g. use CV instead of Resume. Small things, and certainly not game changers in terms of us using Bamboo.

Bamboohr greatly increases the quality of candidate management
Comments: This must be one of the best human resource management services. Bamboohr is good for delimiting our work flow based on the number of employees with whom we work. It serves to communicate with employees, and with candidates to work in the company. It should be noted that bamboohr offers a very comfortable directory of employees. This software allows you a huge capacity regarding its deployment. Bamboohr It can be operated from any type of electronic devices since no type of installation is needed. Bamboohr customer support has a very acceptable response speed, as well as being very friendly at all times. It is the best services.
Pros:
The platform offers us a good management of the documentation of our employees. It is easy to make detailed follow-ups about the activity of each employee, and their work time. The same thing happens with the follow-up of the candidates, and their abilities, because this is very complete. Another advantage of bamboohr is that the work can be organized so that specific employees can manage the rest. Bamboohr has proven to be a very reliable service, with which we can support all the work reports of our staff, and much more. The platform has also been of great help to achieve a more methodical workflow, and for the whole team to be aware of the skills and talents of each member of the team. Thanks to this we can create work strategies based on these skills.
Cons:
Bamboohr offers a quite poor smartphone application. This is much better when used directly from the web page. The Platform does not offer enough communication tools. It does not handle motors of revision of curricular summaries, and neither it allows to administer criminal records (in the case of the candidates).

Mid Size Company User
Comments: My overall experience with BambooHR has been amazing. I love the ease and functionality and the fact that we can continue to build upon it in the future. We are also doing some integrations, such as with our POS, and they have been super easy. Also, the help section is great with so many resources to access to answer questions and learn how to use features rather than having to look through a giant handbook. Reporting is one of the best features and has made a world of difference for us also.
Pros:
BambooHR was very easy to set up and implement and my contact was extremely helpful and patient. I love that this can be a one stop shop for so many functions and is user friendly. The ability to add on new functions and apps is fantastic. Prior to BambooHR we did everything on paper and spreadsheets but now I can run reports so quickly and know that critical forms and information is saved and protected forever.
Cons:
The I-9 functionality is difficult at times. If the employee forgets to complete part of Section 1 it will not send a notification to me or back to the employee. It would be nice to also have a function that will not allow the employee to finish their tasks unless the I-9 is completed correctly. One other issue that would be great is if there would be a way to assign a new signee in an already partially completed document. Example is an I-9 that the employee has done their part and is then assigned to the HR representative to input ID and sign, but that HR rep has left the company and there is currently no way to remove her and assign someone else. I am told to cancel and send the task again to the new hire, but this is impacting the compliance of the I-9 process.

BambooHR has Changed the Way HR Supports Our Management Teams
Comments: BambooHR has provided us with the support to easily work in hybrid and remote environments. Plus, communication between management, employees, and HR has never been more streamlined! Before BambooHR, we communicated primarily through email throughout the company. Our HR office was stacked with file storage to organize employee files, and information required us to be on-site in the HR office to access. Announcements were often posted in our break room and through email.
Pros:
From a manager's standpoint, it's incredibly easy to navigate around BambooHR to find annual review documents, approve OOO/PTO requests, and access timecards. The software has also provided a way to quickly see who is out of the office at any given moment, access our other HR resources, implement a digital company directory, and sign off on HR forms. I no longer need to search emails for PTO request approvals or other communications—I simply access my BambooHR inbox from my laptop or even on my mobile device while I travel. In addition, BambooHR has also allowed us to create a branded portal with our own brand colors and logo, which is quite a nice touch. BambooHR's mobile app makes it simple to find incoming out of office requests, company links, a directory, and file access. I can also submit requests and access my own information pretty quickly.
Cons:
There is facial recognition available the app, but it's a toggle that needs to be activated within Settings once you log in. There isn't a pop-up when logging in that offers you this option, which makes logging into the mobile app a little clunky upon first use. In both the mobile device and the browser app, a calendar view provides a summary of who is out of office each date. However, there is not a filter option to isolate this view to your direct reports. This makes it difficult to quickly approve time-off requests if you are unable to quick reference a calendar for when team members will be out of office.
