> Not recommended. Lost money with app not working right. More than one's I got a message that I am using a new device but I was using the same device than before.
More than one, when I wanted to login the app didn't recognize my authentication app code. After that I had to reset my authentication app and send them my ID and more. They also told me my photo's was scanned and not valid. I took the pictures I didn't scan it.
I am now logged out for over 30 hours and no response from support. I couldn't login to close my trade.
I lost my all my trading money with the markets that crashes yesterday.
My rating for themis a minus 10.
Rather use Bybit app.

> **Pros**: There is nothing that I like about Bitget because its a complete scam. I have come to realize that Bitget was purposely set up to "suck" up people's hard-earned money so people must be warned.

> **Cons**: Bitget is a fake Crypto Exchange......a complete scam. They get people to deposit funds and then after they do, they lock them out of their accounts and there's no way they can get help from anyone.

> Bitget has several fake setups and one of them is through WhatsApp. It has an agent calling himself Professor \[sensitive content hidden\] (fake) with his Assistance \[sensitive content hidden\] (fake) who lure unsuspecting crypto investors to invest with Bitget and copy trades using the professor's signals. In the process, they convince traders to invest more and for those who fall for this scam, they never see their money again. They get locked out of their Bitget accounts and \[sensitive content hidden\] and the professor tell them to deposit more funds in order for Bitget to unlock their accounts. There is no way they can contact support for help. My niece was the latest victim. Be warned\!
