When I search for set up or to fix items, nothing ever comes up. I do not feel the support is great at monday.com. You cannot have sub action tickets under subtickets which would be very helpful. Example if there is one mission for one job but 50 things underneath it to finish it, this would be helpful. Example one subticket is designing brochure but I need photos I cannot make subactions under a subactions.
