No new solution is ever offered, and even though my problem started 10 days after purchasing (I've got about 40 conversations to prove it), I keep getting the response that no refunds will be given past 30 days. I am beyond frustrating. With Adobe you get xx licenses per subscription, and in order to add beyond that, you have to delete a previous one. So they recognize you are using multiple devices under the one subscription. I don't think PdfPro technology can do this. I think they ALLOW multiple devices, but you can only run one at a time. I am kicking myself for trying to save some money.
