> **Pros**: Microsoft Forms works well enough to function as a data collection tool and survey use. It is mostly reliable, easy enough to use and they have added some usability features such as duplicating questions and sections to speed up the survey creation process.

> **Cons**: The UI of Microsoft Forms is not the best. It feels a bit dated, boring and clunk at times. There isn’t much joy in using it, and there is not much AI integration to make you think about your audience. Creating a survey is creative, but using Forms doesn’t feel that fun.

> I have used Forms for years in a range of applications. It can be useful for collection of opinions, preference or qualitative and quantitative data. I would recommend it as a starting point as most people know how to use it. However, it could be better designed with more spirit.
