About monday sales CRM
monday sales CRM empowers sales teams to manage every aspect of their sales cycle and customer data in one centralized place.
Monday.com has been one of the easiest project management tools I have ever used, it has great UX and UI.
Hard to prioritise jobs. Hard to get a sense of everything not done for one contact.

Monday.com is a Great Tool for Several Needs
Comments: We are using Monday.com for our internal strategy work. We use Basecamp for project management for our clients but Monday is a better fit for internal-only work.
The most valuable feature of Monday.com is flexibility. It offers several features and options for managing and using the tool but you have the option to utilize them as you see fit for your specific needs.
While the pricing is reasonable, I feel it should be priced better for additional users without having to upgrade to the next package level.

Reasons for Switching to monday sales CRM: Price, functionality and the User Interface (UI)
This is a wonderful platform. It has done so much in terms of integrating our Sales and CSM teams' work in one place, and streamlining our processes and access to information. I would highly recommend this product.
It's not the most intuitive product to actually set up, though that can be expected of a product with so much to offer as far as integration, features, and functionality. I'm sure Monday's team will continue to improve their user experience over time.

simple and easy to use
Comments: Overall, the problems I solved are the organizing and tracking. I realized the benefit of lead management and storing contacts. I like how this software makes my complex task easier.
The most impactful features are the lead management, lead capturing and customer onboarding. It is so easy to use based on my own experience. When I integrated it to my business, it runs smoothly.
I like all the features but what I like least is the forms. I think it needs a little bit more options. In my case, I sometimes use it but sometimes I don't. I just prefer printed forms and personal transactions. I'm learning to utilize it though and so far, I'm liking it.
Not sure about Monday
I guess it’s unique and different than other platforms.
Compared to Salesforce, I believe that Monday isn’t as complete operationally.
Streamlined Workflow Solution
Comments: Monday Sales is a practical solution for sales teams. The platform's focus on sales pipeline management, collaboration features, and mobile app make it an effective tool for sales managers to stay on top of their team's performance. Whether you're looking to streamline your sales processes or simply manage your deals more effectively, Monday Sales is a valuable tool to consider.
Monday Sales offers a simple and effective way to manage sales processes. The software's visual pipeline and customizable fields make it easy to keep track of deals and prioritize tasks. The platform's collaboration features facilitate teamwork, making it a valuable tool for sales teams. The mobile app provides access to information and updates on the go.
The interface can take time to master and some advanced features may require additional training. Some users have reported limited integrations with other tools.
Monday is great for Real Estate CRM
Comments: I love it! Has kept me organized and on top of all of my work as a commercial real estate agent.
Keeps track of all my contacts and most of my interactions with clients, also great for managing projects and workflows.
Communication integaration has been a slight issue with Outlook, there are ways to get around it though and make it work. Also have had some issue with tracking activities and losing some meeting notes which can sometimes be unreliable.
Comments: Overall a highly positive experience.
I love the CRM system. It's easy to use and helps my team to keep track of our daily tasks and projects.
Sometimes software can be buggy. For example, there were several system outages within the last few months that delayed team productivity.
Accounting software to better manage customers
Comments: Overall it is a good software in accounting
The software is effective in maintaining a good relationship with customers
The features are limited on the trial version, and it prevents having more information about the software
Customer management tool
Comments: All in all, it is a very good software to manage its customers
The software is good and very easy to use for a beginner.
No problems encountered with its use, this is what I prefer about this software
Highly Functional CRM System
Comments: Really positive, just a bit too much for an sme on the smaller side in terms of full functionality (this in itself is no bad thing of course)
The way you could build in a (seemingly limitless) array of applications made this very appealing, the potential for using this in a company wide sense is definitely there
It was almost too much for a company of our size, it's quite a premium solution in terms of pricing which is understandable given the functionality but we didnt have the resource or need to use its full functionality at this point
Monday.com for engineering
Comments: Quite good for managing a few dozen leads and projects. I imagine this possibly wouldn't scale very well for hundreds or thousands of contacts.
The fact that the CRM templates are just the normal monday.com workflow means that tasks integrate seamlessly across your workflow as you manage many concurrent projects.
It is sometimes difficult to get a full overview of all the tasks you are doing and how this interacts with others.

Comments: Great system - need a tool like this to run the business day to day.
Great database for storing, easy to customize. Can be a CRM, Sales, and Client Support/Relationship Management offering all in one. Love the ability to differentiate workspaces and segregate users from seeing each certain data.
Sometimes it is buggy or slow to load and sometimes when you need to jam something in the system timing is important and could be frustrating. I would like more out of the box sales forecasting, lead gen/tracking tools. Hubspot was strong at this.
Comments: We needed a central place for all of our leads to be. This has made follow up with leads, potential clients, and even keeping track of our onboarding process so easy,
I love the easy of the integrations and automations
More in-depth training videos would be great. Other than that I haven't found anything I do not like
This is the professional software you have been looking for!
Comments: I am obsessed. I have told everyone in my office about it and my team is always bragging about our pipelines and management. Other teams are impressed with what we have working in Monday.com!
I am NOT a tech guru. I can do everything on my own with ease and I created many boards with impressive functionality that myself and my team use everyday. We all love it!
The importing and organizing of information into Monday.com was easy to do, but took a lot of time to organize everything. BUT it was so worth it because everything is so organized and works very well now!
Great for organization, deadlines, and execution of projects
Comments: Terrific. Seemless, and so helpful.
CRM - we have a huge database of clients, and this has been key in our pipelines for our PR campaigns.
Doing the automations takes time, and can get a bit confusing, but really helps the flow of our work.

Reasons for Choosing monday sales CRM: We didn't have enough organization and automation.

Easy of Use
Comments: Helps Client Service check which clients have been approached and the progress on that specific client, so that 2 people do not approach the same client with the same project.
The easy of use and navigation : I love how 2 people can be working on the same project and also track at the same time, The movement bar helps check the progress of certain projects.
It has the ability to freeze while trying to archive some items
Amazing OS + amazing company
Comments: I genuinely love it and I am excited to see how I will continue to grow and expand my boards and automations once I have a team. I also just love Monday as a company, I follow the Instagram page and it's great to see such fresh and different content/ads/campaigns. Also love how much you have done for the Ukraine crisis. The other thing is the customer service is incredible, I could not believe it when the person emailed me back with a personal Loom video to explain my issue and try to resolve it. They are amazing and don't make me feel stupid/bad about what I'm asking. They all need a raise :)
I love how it keeps my business organised, structured and efficient. As soon as I got on top of my Monday boards and automations/integrations, I started feeling in control and more confident at how my business was running. The thing I like most is just how it acts like my personal assistant. With certain automations set up, I don't even have to think about following up with clients, the software does it for me. I also love the dashboards that give me a quick overview and glimpse into all other boards without having to go into each of them individually.
It would have to be the mobile and iPad apps. They don't work great, they are a bit clunky, the dashboards pages and workdocs do not load. This is quite frustrating when I'm wanting to check something and I've only got my phone on me. I have gotten used to using my laptop only or going onto safari on my iPad if I need to access it. However it would be really great if the apps themselves could work better.
Excellent Project Management Tool!
We desperately needed an easy to use, easy to update project management tool in our App Development company. The Sales Dept. would get calls from clients asking, "how's our app coming," and they had to e-mail the Tech Dept, wait for a response and then call the Customer back. Now, the Sales Dept. can see exactly what stage of Development the client's app or website is in and tell the customer right then and there. No wasted time e-mailing or returning phone calls.
Also, the Tech Dept. can see what the Sales Dept. has in the pipeline so they can predict what's coming in. It has also helped us streamline processes for each Dept. The whole entire sales process can be mapped out with every step start to finish, with the final step being customer survey sent. You never forget to do any step any more! You can also customize your responses for each step along the way such as "Done" or "In Progress" or "Waiting For Client", etc. The customer service with monday.com is excellent. That's a big deal to me. I don't want to hunt and peck around the internet trying to find chat groups or how to contact support. When you ask a question you get a response within a short period of time. The software is pretty intuitive but there are support tools to learn tips and tricks.
Easy to use, very intuitive. Customizable to your projects and company. You can easily monitor step by step processes in however many Departments you have in your company. I like that its now an app that can live in my button dock. One click and its open. I like that you can discuss clients back and forth between team members.
Right now I can't think of anything. Perhaps there are glitches or design features that more advanced users might appreciate but for our needs it works exactly as we need it to.
Monday (formally known as DaPulse) is a great tool for teams, coordinators and clients alike.
Easy to integrate teams, coordinators and clients. Communication is seamless and collaboration is very easy.
Monday gives you great control over project management and lets the whole time collaborate and turn in on time. Clients can also benefit as they are in the loop and can collaborate as well.
Overall very easy to use and customer service is acceptable.
Basic package is a great value compared to other softwares. Pretty easy to use once you've mastered the learning curve. Streamlined and overall great experience on smartphones. Desktop App is great.
Premium features will cost you and are packaged. For my company only the Gantt feature is something we need from the premium package, however we are forced to pay much more for features we don't need. If we could get that feature as a standalone to my basic package I would give it a 5/5. Duplicating boards is easy, however it would be great to be able to duplicate without the contents, that way we wouldn't have to delete each input manually.
Monday.com 2+ Year user
Comments: Overall positive experience. I brought it from my previous company and sold my new team on the benefits.
Easy to learn and roll-out to team. Very short learning curve. - and the phone app works very similarly to the desktop version.
multi column uploads from xls to existing Boards. Ability to setup a general email account like [email protected]

Reasons for Switching to monday sales CRM: Cost & simplicity
Monday Rocks as a Sales CRM
I needed a simple way to keep track of our sales, from leads to closed or nurture. I am not a sales professional but as a small business, I had to quickly learn and implement a system to keep track of our sales process. Monday made it super simple with a template that I was able to customize for our company. Monday is a workhorse and well worth the cost if you take the time to learn it and customize it for your specific company process.
The hardest part as a small business owner is taking the time to watch the tutorials and learn the capabilities. However, if you take the time, Monday will reward you in saving time once the setup and implementation are complete. The sales CRM function is a small but vital part of all the things that Monday does to keep my company running smoothly.
A bit of patience and focus Monday.com will transform your work life!
Wanted a more efficient way to manage internal processes and the ability to refine and document best practices. Tear off the lid on the most successful contributors/managers across the organization and what they DO in order to be better as an organization.
Wanted a way to keep track of everything and focus limited human resources to maximize efficiency.
Hard to know what people were working on so had to send emails to get updates - now NO time spent reading, writing, or dealing with internal emails Know where everything stands - no redundancy Customizable CRM automation and integrations Following up leads easily and not having to get things buried in the box Onboarding clients is faster Management time saved Everyone at the company is united and on the same page
I am not a fan of the sidebar to include minor or tasks as it feels a bit clunky. The learning curve, for me, was a bit long. Not that it's hard to use but it's that there are SO SO many things this software does to make your life easier and more efficient we are STILL uncovering new and better ways of doing things.
Comments: Amazing and productive!
We have used Monday for all our Production Tracking for 2 years. We have continually improved it and without a doubt has helped us grow. This year we deployed the CRM and have made the switch from Salesforce to Monday. Its much more user friendly and quicker. The app is much better as well!
I have no strong dislikes. The CRM and app have been amazing.
How truly customizable it is. We can make the software do almost everything for ourselves and our clients!
With the recent improvements there is nothing else I wish the software did right now.
Review of Monday
Comments: Switched from Hubspot, love this, really hated hubspot for our use cases
Visually easy to see and read, love seeing status and amount in each stage / bucket
We are having some issues with the dashboard reporting, the dates in the beta version don't allow filtering for all metrics
