All real estate related data on one place - no need for parallel evidences - from basic real estate data, tenant management to financial performance and documentary system,  enabling also in depth analysis of portfolio / individual ticket. Permissions and user roles in place.  Also, the iNep team is very responsive, not only in case of tech support, but also with software features development/customization incl. automatization/import of data from existing systems, eliminating manual inputs.
