> **Cons**: The solfware is not very user friendly, it is a bit complex, but their customer supports are quite good. If you could get a hang of them, they can walk you through steps to get things done.

> **Cons**: Sometime I can not find what I am looking for: it is not intuitive to where to find some items such as  how to reactive an employee.

> I love that the Client services representatives will guide you through the process rather then just do it for you. I learn how to do it for the next time around.
