> **Cons**: The social reviews features are still in beta, but in many ways for us these are the most important features (reviews left on PulseM directly are great for addressing negative experiences, but it's most important for us to get reviews elsewhere - esp. Google - up and to monitor these and give credit to the techs there who get positive ones, because these help bring in more leads). The "Give Credit" system for giving credit to techs who don't automatically end up attached to their reviews (or those where multiple techs were on a single job) is a bit clunky - esp. in that it reloads to the first page of results each time a review is updated.

> Overall positive, and, again, a HUGE part of this is how quickly support staff responds to any issues we have.
