Seems like a predatory business practice to charge you a large sum for an upgrade that is required to keep service then increase monthly fees by 30% after you purchase the upgrade. The magnitude of the monthly increase is obscene and the reason given for the increase is a lame cliche - "Brivo informs us the increase is a result of its ongoing work to improve its suite of services." I certainly did not get a 30% enhancement of services. When I complained online to their customer service, I received a crappy "we apologize for the inconvenience\<" translated as "sorry sucker." > > My experience was not so good.
