There was an odor of mold/grease, the floor was slippery, furniture was stained and ripped, kitchen cabinets had grease/lint buildup, and the A/C unit was unsecured with exposed wiring. A TV was mounted over the window in an improvised way. Photos are attached showing the condition and misrepresentation. Additionally, we did not receive the address or access code until 4:15 PM, after check-in time, and only after contacting the host. Due to these issues, I am requesting a resolution/refund. Please confirm receipt and advise on next steps.
