- expenses incurred on company card are automatically recorded
- provides a holistic view of cost incurred which is later on helpful for decision-making and budget reviews

> **Cons**: - there are fields that needs to be manually filled out i.e. receipt upload, GL code etc
- the new interface is very confusing
