About Adobe Acrobat
Create, edit, convert, sign, and combine documents with Adobe’s all-in-one PDF and e-signature solution.
It connects with adobe creative cloud service where we can purchase its license and unlock all the features but can also be used for free with the basic features.
It consumes a lot of RAM, it does not have a free option and it is difficult to work with pdf texts because they are perceived as images.

It works well and is way cheaper than DocuSign
Pros:
Uploading documents and creating templates are really easy. I haven't explored any kind of automation yet, but I've got an online form I can have anyone complete, I can set passwords when sending out documents, I can have my brand on things (it's always co-branded with Adobe), I get email confirmations when I send documents and when something is signed, the audit trail comes with the document in the email I receive after signing, and in general it's pretty easy to set up and use.
Cons:
There's an 'old version' of how documents are read and edited, and a 'new' version. Sometimes it'll automatically open a document to be edited in the old version, so you essentially need to learn two different layouts for editing documents. The support when I was trying to subscribe were clearly non native English speakers and it was a bit of a pain, but all good once set up.
Adobe Acrobat is the best option
Pros:
Adobe is the best pdf reader and management I have used. Other programs just don't work are well or have the same features.
Cons:
The pro version is a little more money but it is worth every penny in the less time it takes and ease of use.
Not my favorite
Comments: Overall a terrible experience. The web browser one works better believe it or not
Pros:
I don't know if it's just my computer being a 2015 older model, but this program is absolutely awful on my computer. Which is weird because all of the other Adobe programs run fairly well on it.
Cons:
I don't like that it takes forever to load and half of the time the features I need to use don't work or load.
Best PDF viewer/editor
Comments: Overall I love the product and I use it everyday.
Pros:
The best PDF Viewer out there. Very easy to edit PDFs as well.
Cons:
Only issue I have is switching between select and pan tool.
Original and best viewer
Comments: Works great for reading pdf, basic signing and comments
Pros:
Free and probably the best for pdf viewing
Cons:
Expensive subscription options needs a one-off payment option
Alternatives Considered:
Great to use when you have a deep pocket
Comments: Easy to use and deploy and almost instant know-how. Down side is the cost.
Pros:
Comprehensive functionality to edit PDF documents the way you want it.
Cons:
Way too expensive and may not be a good solution for smaller organizations.
Nothing Special
Comments: Very similar to other programs not a whole lot different. Might as well stick with what I have.
Pros:
It is easily accessible and fast pace. No time wasted at all.
Cons:
Just like any other program I have used. Nothing new or special about it.
Acrobat - Seamless PDF workflow for any creative
Comments: Overall, Acrobat is to ultimate go-to for creating and editing PDFs. I enjoy the new features Adobe brings to the table with each iteration of the title.
Pros:
Adobe Acrobat is best in class when it comes to PDF creation and management. It is the industry standard and has become more and more feature-stocked over the years.
Cons:
I dislike that Acrobat will not allow more than two signatures to be stored in a profile. There are instances when I need to sign documents with my personal name (sometimes with just my maiden name when needed) or my business name. However, Acrobat only allows a max of two signatures, making it complicated to use different signatures for different reasons or allowing a team member to use my software (like my husband because he does not have a subscription nor does he understand Adobe anything). I am also annoyed that Acrobat is not consistent when editing a PDF - typefaces will change and often divert to an unknown numbered system font, which cannot be downloaded or matched without recreating the entire document. It needs better font recognition and replacement options.
Adobe Acrobat is my choice for Custom PDF Forms
Comments: Adobe Acrobat is a fantastic tool for creating customizable and interactive forms that make client submissions a breeze. It’s got some really cool features, but it can be a bit pricey and not always compatible with everything. But hey, it’s still the best PDF form creator I’ve found so far!
Pros:
I use Adobe Acrobat to create interactive PDF forms with labeled fields, making it easy for clients to fill out and submit information electronically. I haven't found a more customizable app so far, when it comes to creating form fields and the backend features. The ability to add JavaScript buttons for automated actions, such as saving forms and attaching them to pre-addressed emails, has been perfect for what I am using it for.
Cons:
It’s challenging to ensure universal compatibility for the PDF forms with all devices and operating systems (perhaps I haven't figured it out yet). Additionally, the cost is high for my needs, but I haven’t found a better alternative (yet).
Adobe Acrobat
Comments: When it comes to managing documents Adobe is a comprehensive solution, it offers create, edit and signing feature that are really important for every business. Another thing that is to be mentioned is that it offers a cloud where you can store all and access them from any device.
Pros:
I really enjoy using Adobe Reader since Digital Signature was introduced. It really helps me with signing documents and getting them signed by partners. The fact that this can be done from any device is very important.
Cons:
Can be a little hungry with the PC resources if you don't have an high specs device.

Cutting edge document signature solution
Comments: We love Adobe Acrobat and related products such as Adobe Sign to play a vital role in our customer journey for contract signature, contract generation, and managing them securely.
Pros:
One of the best enterprise level solutions for cutting edge innovation for document management, document signature, and document generation
Cons:
Nothing specific I can think of at this stage
Adobe Acrobat
Comments: I have had a very positive experience. Adobe has so many functions for it. I find it convenient when I'm able to book classes and find proper links for the use of this program.
Pros:
Having the ability to edit documents, especially old documents from the 90s and older, is very convenient for the job I do. Having the ability to add in documents to already archive folders is also convenient. My company, being spilt into 2 different towns, is able to use the signature program so urgent documents wont need to wait for physical transfer. Helps us speed a lot of processes up.
Cons:
I do find it hard to use new programs and stay up with changes as I age. It would be nice for have really quick hyperlinks for step by step videos. For it to be available on the site bars would be nice.
Adobe Awesome
Comments: Overall, this is very helpful in reviewing various documents and reports.
Pros:
The ease of reviewing different documents
Cons:
Different function to use on documents cause minor confusion sometimes
Review of using of Adobe Acrobat
Comments: My experience with Adobe Acrobat is likely to be a combination of positive aspects that enhance my productivity and efficiency, along with any challenges or frustrations that arise from using the software. Like any tool, Adobe Acrobat has its strengths and weaknesses, and my experience may vary depending on my individual preferences and requirements.
Pros:
Adobe Acrobat is valued for its versatility, user-friendly interface, document security, integration capabilities, accessibility features, cross-platform compatibility, and ongoing support, making it a preferred choice for individuals and organizations for managing PDF documents effectively.
Cons:
It's important to note that experiences and opinions about software can vary widely among users, and what one user perceives as a drawback may not be as significant for another. Adobe Acrobat continues to be a widely used and respected tool for PDF management and editing, despite these potential limitations.
Best PDF editing
Comments: adobe acrobat offers a wide range of tools for creating, editing, and managing PDF documents, catering to various professional and personal needs.
Pros:
Powerful tools for editing text and images within PDFs, adding annotations, comments, and bookmarks.
Cons:
Features for enhancing accessibility, such as text to speech and reflow capabilities for better readability.
Adobe Acrobat Review
Comments:
After using so many pdf reader I found this and using since 7 years and it changed my experience about pdf reader. its very easy to use and edit pdf files in this and gives me many other feature like to find any words in pages to underline any special object.
The only issue i believe is that it suddenly crashes or closed while opening or editing a file which makes me frustrated.
Pros:
Its a great Pdf reader software i have been using since 7 years. it makes easy to read and edit my pdf files and also for sharing its better than any other pdf reader without any ads. The best feature of this software is that it enables you to find any words in your document in just a seconds. you can easily jump to the page you wish to read immediately.
Cons:
Its a little expensive than other pdf reader and sometimes becomes slow or just closed while opening the document.
Adobe Acrobat - PDF power
Comments: Adobe Acrobat is the best app I used until now for managing PDF files, it has a lot of features, collaboration, signing and editing witch every business needs. Is easy to setup and use and is available for Window and mobile devices too.
Pros:
The best feature for me is the digital signing, it helps me a lot with different documents that needs to be signed and saves a lot of time and paper. Another features I use is the document cloud, makes it easy to manage and organize all my documents and access them from anywhere.
Cons:
Maybe the costs, is not a deal breaker but I think is just a little high.
Genuine basic software to view and print PDF files
Pros:
Since I'm using free of charge, the functions include viewing, printing, sharing, and adding comments to PDFs. Even with free use, I can add comments to PDF, so I find that useful. *With other free PDF software, many of the things that can be edited are different from the genuine PDF, making it difficult to use when reprocessing is necessary.
Cons:
It would be great if the full functionality could be used only a few times a month, even for free use. Also, compared to other PDF software, it is a bit heavy for its high functionality. Since I often print multiple jobs, it is fine when the memory load is low, but when the load is high, it tends to freeze up more than the other software I use in combination.
Adobe Acrobat PDF king
Comments: Adobe Acrobat is a comprehensive app for managing any PDF file. From my point of view is "the king" of PDF management.
Pros:
The app is easy to install and you can set it up to always open the PDF files with it. Is easy to use as it has an intuitive user interface with all options and tools easy to acces. The signing feature is an important tool for me, I manage all my contract signing with Adobe as is more easy for both me and the other person signing the documents/contracts. All these can be stored securely in Adobe Cloud and be accesed from any device.
Cons:
To acces all the great featurres of Adobe you will have to have a paid plan, but is worth.
Adobe - The Benchmark!
Comments: I have been using Adobe products for years, and I would have to say that I am very satisfied with their products (I use several).
Pros:
I believe that Adobe is the benchmark by which all other programs (like this) are measured.
Cons:
One of my only concerns is when they change versions there are some things that you have to figure out how to do again, but really that is the same with most companies.
Simply The Best
Comments: Overall I've had a great experience with Adobe Acrobat. I use it almost daily with my job. It's definitely great bank for your buck with what I use it for. Super great value. It's also super easy to use, especially once you learn everything about it. It's made a world of difference for my coworkers and I with our jobs.
Pros:
There are so many features that are available. The ones that I use the most are combining files and PDF text editing. Makes everything for my job SO much easier. I am able edit documents quickly and easily.
Cons:
There are times when it is a bit slow, and it takes time for documents to load. There are also some times when the font in the original document isn't in Adobe's system so I have to change the font of the entire file.

Cons:
While it is a great product, it is expensive compared to other products I have looked into

Crucial Document Signing with Ease and Security
Pros:
I like being able to sign documents on the go. I have had several occasions where a document from my employer needs to be signed and I had been on vacation and did not have my laptop. With having the ability to use my cell phone to review and sign the document, I have been able to sign critical documents on the go. Recommended.
Cons:
I have not discovered any cons to Adobe Acrobat Sign up to this point.
