I left a message for customer service and it took a while before anyone replied. I am a serial entrepreneur and having all of my email campaigns available in one convenient application has drastically increased my workflow efficiency. > > **Cons**: I am still playing around with Encharge, but as of right now, the only thing that is quite frustrating is the fact that if you archive anything accidentally, you must reach out to customer support to get that archived recovered. HOWEVER, the customer support did recover those archived pieces relatively quickly (within 48 hours). The second thing is that Encharge doesn't currently have landing pages. I had planned on using liquid tags via archetype quiz, but will have to create an external landing page for those quiz results.
