MS Outlook is not effective when used in clients' communication
Comments: Frustrating when used extensively because it's just a waste of time and not effective.
Pros:
Microsoft Outlook seems to work fine when I use it between coworkers or email individual clients.
Cons:
As soon as I start sending emails to multiple clients my emails go into clients' spam folders. And, this problem is not easily fixable. So, email effectiveness becomes very low.

Microsoft Outlook is the Future
Comments: I would recommend Microsoft Outlook to any friends, family, or workplace environment. The app also allows the software to be very versatile and allows users to work just as efficiently on smartphones and other non-PC devices.
Pros:
The ability to collaborate effectively with others is beneficial in the workplace environment and for students of all ages.
Cons:
The controls are not the most user-friendly. I am now able to quickly navigate Outlook, but only with the help of YouTube tutorials.

Amazing Microsoft Outlook
Comments: My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook has been positive. One thing for sure, I am more organized with my time and workflow.
Pros:
I use Microsoft Outlook everyday for my job. I like that I can set up appointments on the calendar. I can schedule when I need to send out an email. I send mass emails without anyone knowing they are on my list.
Cons:
I actually like everything about Microsoft Outlook. I have not had anything negative happen.
Microsoft Outlook is a must have in the workplace
Comments: I have used Oulook in a professional setting for at least 20 years and also on my personal email home accounts. It is generally pretty intuitive and easy to use with many features.
Pros:
I like the colored flag feature as it helps me keep my projects organized, and of course the ease of emailing and standard ooo work features and signatures are easy and a must for the office.
Cons:
I have found the last 3 years or so the calendar function is a bit flaky. I will shutdown my computer and all calendars will be wiped out the next day and I'll have to add them all again and it frequently freezes when opening calendar. Not sure if it is due to Teams link at work or not but they are both Microsoft products so you think it would not do that.

Microsoft Outlook: Useful tool to prioritize your work
Comments: The overall experience is quite positive for effective communication and timely response is a best tool by Microsoft.
Pros:
It helps us to prioritize the work, ensure timely response for a better client response.
Cons:
The application lags at times then need to refresh it get the fresh emails and got a limited storage capacity of old emails.
The email client
Comments:
I use Outlook for my work email and it allows me to manage my email in an easy and fast way. Outlook runs well and rarely hangs. It has a lot of features (I use a few, the search, the rules, the calendar and just an addon) and if a need support I easily find my answer on internet (of course you can contact Microsoft Support).
Indeed one of the best Microsoft Program.
Pros:
I think Microsoft Outlook is the best email client available, i like the interface and how menu and features are organized. Managing your enails and email accounts is easy, you can add a new account just following the instructions (in the file section or under the windows control panel) and manage you emails folders and e g. set some inbox rules. Also you can add event on your calendar and ask Outlook to alert you before they will take place. You can create PST archives and attach them to your email account. There are many addons from third party programs that you can integrate with Outlook, this is a really useful feature. Outlook works well and you will easily find documentation on internet in case of need. Of course Outlook is not free, but it is worth the price (there are several plans).
Cons:
The search bar placed in the top of the the screen and the new visualition, I prefer the old one (but it seems you can change it in some way). Mails are marked as read if you just click once on them by default. I dislike this option.
excellent tool for email management
Comments:
I use outlook daily at work. It is simple to use but at the same time provides many options and tools, including easy use of various format attachments. It includes the outlook calendar which is easy to use and very helpful in keeping track of meeting.
Great experience using Outlook
Pros:
- ability to create folder for easy sorting of emails and auto directing of emails based on contact/email address; - unread folder - easily allows to check unread emails which are visible in the unread folder - these can be additionally sorted by date, recipient etc; -the search function with various filters which makes it easy to find emails based on different criteria. - overall appearance of the application and ability to change it as per personal preference.
Cons:
Have used outlook for work for many years, and have not had any complaints
Solid profession email client
Pros:
Matchable features of it are really good and the calendar integration is fantastic for a professional office in. Having multiple calendars allows you to have personal calendars integrated into company-wide calendars and that is a fantastic feature. Also sorting project related emails into folders is a great organizational tool.
Cons:
I dislike how app and the program are being upgraded. Computer malfunctions when you have the app version and the program software version on one PC. Windows is doing a lot of changes that aren't really necessary as they shouldn't fix something that wasn't broken but it seems the the moving into this whole cloud hosted 365 nonsense to get subscription fees. Also then you look update for the program is messing with how we are saving emails into folder structures. Also it's super annoying when one employee is on a Mac and certain features are simply messing from outlook on their machine. This shouldn't be. All menus should be the same.
Outlook's New Version: Faster but Missing Key Features
Comments: My overall experience with Microsoft Outlook has been a rocky one. The more feature-packed old version is pretty much useless, as it frequently stops responding, making you have no choice, but to upgrade to the new version, which is missing a lot of key features. However, Outlook is still great with certain things, like reminders, calendar, scheduling, seamless Microsoft 365 integration, among many other things. Overall a 3/5.
Pros:
What I like the most about Microsoft Outlook is that it seamlessly integrates with Microsoft 365, the calendar and scheduling features are great, and the search functionality is also great.
Cons:
The new version of Microsoft Outlook is missing lots of features. The old version of Microsoft Outlook is pretty much useless because it is extremely slow to open stuff, and will frequently stop responding, forcing you to upgrade to the new version.
Use Microsoft Outlook for superior email management!

Microsoft Outlook has given me no issues.
Microsoft outlook best for email management!
Comments: Overall Microsoft outlook has been an excellent email client in our company. Our systems are fully integrated with this app and we have the ability to access outlook on mobile devices and stationary without any issues!
Pros:
I found Microsoft outlook to be the best software for email management. It has a very clean and organized interface. I was able to connect multiple email accounts on one platform and use the same setup across multiple devices.
Cons:
I think I Microsoft office sometimes has a lag when syncing emails from cloud storage, it doesn’t happen often but I guess it is expected to happen when you have 15 years of email data in an account.
Outlook is great for scheduling meetings and email activities
Comments: Outlook is a great application for handling all email related actions , scheduling meetings .The mobile app is also great as it syncs seamlessly all the emails and send immediate notification as soon as a new email is received
Pros:
Outlook is useful for receiving and sending emails. While scheduling a meeting on outlook the option to auto pick the closest availability of multiple attendees is particularly useful as you need not manually search and select the free time slot.
Cons:
Outlook takes time to sync new emails if offline storage of emails is enabled
Microsoft Outlook works for me....
Comments: I would recommend Outlook to my friends, other businesses and my staff. It's an all in program not just great for emails but for any office task you want to complete.
Pros:
It's easy to setup, use, and train my staff to used. Plus you can access all the other products without leaving Outlook. You can access word, Excel, PowerPoint and many more features all from one location.
Cons:
I would love to have more free storage space. But otherwise the program it's self is great.
Microsoft Outlook a daily and very useful tool for everybody.
Comments:
I use Microsoft Outlook in daily basis.
Is the best mail management program in the market.
I have it in all my devices and I can use it everywhere very friendly in use and I suggest it to every proffesional.
Pros:
Very easy to use, very friendly environment. Very useful the pinned mails tool. Best in the market mails management program. You can find it through app or through browser in every device pc,laptop, tablet and in every system iOS or Android.
Cons:
If you comlete your storage you need to pay in order to have access in extra storage. Also when I send a mail I can understand if my mail send it or not but I cannot see if my mail is opened or not.I mean if the receiver read my mail. This one feature that I can do it with an external app but not included in the Microsoft Outlook.
A good email client application
Comments: Outlook is great for all email services, its quick and is very useful for all calendar scheduling actions
Pros:
Outlook is the default email client and is easy to use for all email related Servies. Syncs quickly as soon as you are connected to the internet. Also setting emails rules is pretty easy for example to redirect emails from a particular sender to a folder
Cons:
Outlook search needs to be more refined as the search results are not always very accurate
Defacto For Corporate Email System
Comments: It's a solid email platform and integrates easily with MS 365 platform.
Pros:
It's familiar and easy to navigate with solid filtering functionality.
Cons:
The new Outlook has some bugs. Traditional view is what I like. As long as performance is good then so am I.
